Lighting of the Sails
Famous Australian concept artist Jonathan Zawada turns the most recognisable building in the world into a series of kinetic digital sculptures this May as part of Vivid Sydney. Titled ‘Metamathemagical’, this visually-stunning show and art piece will see the Sydney Opera House’s famous sails projected up with incredible colours, lights, visuals, motions, and patterns; and it’s a sensational sight for all to behold. It’s a conceptual reimagining of the banal and ordinary, signature of Jonathan Zawada’s award-winning style, and it may just be his greatest artpiece yet.
