The Sydney Comedy Festival returns once again with hundreds of the world’s most funniest comedians taking to stages all across Sydney. This festival is Sydney’s biggest annual comedy event offering an unmissable lineup of shows in several venues in and around Sydney.

The festival program - organised by Festival Director Jorge Menidis - will feature performances from Australia’s finest comedians, well-known international stars, and promising upcoming talents, with everything from stand-up to sketch comedy, satire, improvisational, absurdist, theatre, magic, and even kids’ comedy.

The Sydney Comedy Festival, now in its 14th year, is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing cultural events, offering a diverse citywide program that everyone can enjoy - set to entertain an audience of more 122,500. Kicking off the action this year will be world-class gala events at the Sydney Opera House, Enmore Theatre, The Concourse in Chatswood, and the Riverside Theatre in Parramatta!

Stand-up comedians to catch throughout this year’s Sydney Comedy Festival include Alex Williamson, Alice Fraser, Amos Gill, Andrew Maxwell, Becky Lucas, Cal Wilson, Cam Knight, Cameron James, Craig Hill, Damien Power, Dave Thornton, David O’Doherty, Famous Sharron, Fiona O’Loughlin, Frenchy, Heath Franklin, James Nokise, Jason Byrne, Jeff Green, Joel Creasey, Jonathan Pie, Kitty Flanagan, Larry Dean, Lawrence Mooney, Michael Che, Ross Noble, Sam Campbell, Shayne Hunter, Star-Spangled Stand-Up, Tessa Waters, Titus O’Reilly, Tom Segura, Tom Gleeson, Urzila Carlson, and Yianni Agisilaou - plus more!

Sketch performances will include Aunty Donna, Fran Middleton, Michelle Brasier and Laura Few, Puppetry of the Penis, Steen Raskopoulos, The Bear Pack, and Tom Walker. Also not to miss are hilarious Aussie magicians The Naked Magicians and musical comedy acts Doug Anthony Allstars and The Stevenson Experience.

Selected venues for the Sydney Comedy Festival are Enmore Theatre, Factory Theatre, The Comedy Store, Sydney Opera House, The Concourse, Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace, UNSW Roundhouse, Riverside Theatre, Bondi Pavilion Theatre, EVAN Theatre, Dee Why RSL, Giant Dwarf, Sydney Town Hall, The Juniors Kingsford, Sutherland Entertainment Centre, Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, and Seymour Centre.
